Shipping is according to weight and will be shown for each item.
Most items are shipped through UPS.
Some oversize items may require an extra shipping cost. If that is the case with your order you will be sent an email for approval of the extra charges.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with estimated delivery date.

All orders shipped to Florida will have 6% sales tax added
Google Checkout, PayPal and money orders are accepted as payment.
Returns:
You may return a product within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns need to be requested within 30 days of invoice date. When an item is returned, the shipping charges are not refundable. In the event your purchase order initially shipped with Free Shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. If there are any signs that an animal has used a product, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customers’ expense.
Please note: All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. Return shipping cost is the responsiblity of the buyer. All returns must be sent prepaid by the buyer and insured.

Returns must be new and unused condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging.
Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers package.
Returns must include the original invoice so we can properly and quickly refund your money.
Re-pack your return (in the original carton and/or packaging) and send it to the proper address we provide you.
For your protection, you must ship your package prepaid and insured.
Containment System wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground or installed and flags that have been used will receive a deduction from a containment system refund.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit.
